By downloading, installing, or using QuietHalo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What QuietHalo Is

QuietHalo is a focus timer app for iOS and Android. It's a one-time purchase app ($2.99) with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no accounts required.

License to Use

When you purchase QuietHalo, you receive a license to use the app on your personal devices. This license is non-transferable and for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices

Device Requirements

QuietHalo requires:

  • iOS 15 or later (for iPhone and iPad)
  • Android 8.0 (API level 26) or later

The app may not work on older devices or operating systems. We're not responsible if the app doesn't work on unsupported devices.

Data and Privacy

No Warranty

QuietHalo is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do our best to make it work reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or work perfectly on all devices.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages that result from using or not being able to use QuietHalo. This includes lost data, lost productivity, or any other indirect damages.

Updates and Changes

We may update QuietHalo from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are free for existing users.

We may also change these Terms of Service. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using QuietHalo at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We reserve the right to stop providing the app or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
